Dear IEP Manager,

I am writing to report my progress and seek feedback on my IEP (Individual Education Plan) progress. I am currently in my second year of high school and am participating in the IEP program.

In the past year, I have made significant progress in several areas. First, I have improved my academic performance, earning consecutive A's in my courses. Second, I have made significant progress in my social skills, becoming more outgoing and confident in social situations. Third, I have also made significant progress in my personal life, becoming more responsible and self-sufficient.

However, I am aware that I still have some areas to improve. First, I am struggling with time management, often spending too much time on personal projects instead of focusing on my academic goals.
