Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a room for three nights from December 1st to December 3rd, but unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the room I was given was not clean. The floor was dusty, the sheets were stained, and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. When I complained to the receptionist, she seemed indifferent and did not offer to move me to another room or to have the room cleaned.
Secondly, the noise level in the hotel was unacceptable. The walls were thin and I could hear everything that was going on in the rooms next to mine. The noise continued throughout the night, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
Finally, the breakfast provided was of poor quality. The food looked unappetizing and was cold and stale, and there seemed to be a shortage of plates and cutlery.
I feel that these issues need to be addressed as soon as possible, in order to improve the standard of service provided by your hotel. I hope that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that these problems do not occur again.
