This game is Hide and Seek and we usually play it on a rainy day when there is not so much entertaining stuff like video games in my childhood.

No list of indoor games would be complete without Hide and Seek. In this classic game, one person (“It”) covers his or her eyes and counts aloud while the other players hide. When “It” is finished counting, he or she begins looking for the hiders. The last hider to be found is the next “It.”

My grandparents have a big house with a lot of rooms which is usually packed with various tools and other stuff, and it is the best place for a hide and seek game. Usually all the mates, around 10 , would gather there to kill the time of a rainy afternoon, since the adults had their own business to mind and went out. The house is completely our turf.

This game is often a source of giggle fits. Sometimes some guy might want to take things up a notch and play Hide and Seek in the dark. Yes the seeker need to be blindfold. It’s much more challenging and fun.

Hide-and-seek is a great ways for children to understand that objects and people exist even when they can't see them .It is a great tool for helping to develop memory skills and to be creative problem solvers.

Plus, it is just great fun for everyone involved.
