The flow chart given demonstrates how to make soft cheese. There are five
steps in total.
In the first stage, the raw materials, milk and water, are poured into a
container to be mixed. Then the mixture is transferred to another container
where it will be cooled at a temperature of 5 degrees for 2 hours. After that,
salt is added to the mixture and it will be fermented at a temperature of 37
degrees. This stage lasts for 6 hours.
In the fourth phase, the mixture becomes thicker and thicker when it is
evaporated at 100 degrees for 8 hours. Finally, in the last step, the evaporated
mixture is cooled at 5 degrees again and this process lasts for 6 hours. After
all these stages, soft cheese is made successfully.
Overall, the whole process starts from mixing raw materials and ends in
cooling and we can find out that it takes a day to turn water and milk into soft
cheese.(162 words)
