1.What kind of skills do children need to learn?

I think children need to learn how to solve the problem by themselves. The

skill is quite critical for them since in the process of their growing up, they

will encounter various problems. They cannot rely on others every time. For

example, if they get lost when they are alone, they have to figure out the way

to their destination by themselves, either by asking people on the street or by

Google Map.

2.What are the differences between the skills women learn and the ones that

men learn?

Women prefer to learn something like cooking, embroidery and so on, whereas

men tend to learn something that require strong logic like playing Rubik's cube.

For example, my husband is so poor at cooking and the only dish he is able to

make is fried rice. However, he is so good at accounting, and whenever he

receive the bank statements, he can check the list one by one and figure out

which is which.

3.Do you like to learn new skills constantly?

Well, of course yes. Firstly, learning new skills can broaden my horizons and

help me solve problems in many different ways. Secondly, learning new skills

gives me many opportunities to make friends with others.

4.What’s the most difficult thing for learning?

Well, in my opinion, the most difficult thing for learning is persistence.

People usually have a great interest in learning something new at the very

beginning, but as time goes by, they may meet many kinds of problems which would

possibly prevent people from continuing to learn.

5.What kinds of skills are practical for university students to learn?

Well, firstly,communication skills are practical for them because it plays a

very important role in their future work. Secondly, oral English and basic

computer skills are essential as well.

6.What’s the most important skill a person needs to have?

Well, in my opinion, it is communication skill. If you don’t have a good way

of speaking, maybe you will be misunderstood. Even if you have a very good idea

for doing things, you cannot express and explain very clearly to your

colleagues.

7.Why do boys tend to have better critical thinking skills?

Well, the reasons are as follows. Firstly, there is a little difference in

girl and boys’ cerebral cortexes. Secondly, boys are always more active and

think divergently while girls are more quiet.

8.Do you think boys and girls should learn the same skills?

To some extent, yes. Since the modern education promotes gender equality. We

should admit that the difference between boys and girls really exists. But it

doesn't mean that girls don't need to learn architecture and boys have no choice

to learn flower arrangements, which sounds totally like girls' matter. So I

mean, boys and girls should be given the same opportunities to learn the same

skill, but educators may choose different educational methods according to the

sexual features.

9.Why do girls like shopping?

Well, I think the answer is simple. Because it just makes us feel happy.

Every girl loves pretty. For me, shopping is like religion. People go to

churches and temples to find inner peace and calm, and I go to malls to find the

same. The moment I see something that is blingy and bright, I need to have it.

When my card is swiped and I finally have the beautiful coral top that I had

been coveting for a month, I feel instantly happy.

10.Where can we learn practical skills from?

Well, with more and more students learning from text books but losing

practical skills, I think this problem should arouse people's attention.

Actually, I believe we can just learn some skills in our daily life, which

include cooking, machinery maintenance,and so on. These skills are all useful

and closed to life. All skills come from practice, and practice makes

perfect.

11.What kinds of communication skills are important?

As far as I'm concerned, negotiation is an important communication skill.

Negociation is an essential skill in todays' workforce. Everyone negotiate daily

whether we realize it or not. And the art of negotiation has become a

cornerstone of leadership, which plays an important role in one's career.

12.Should old people read books?

Yes, of course.Doctors are the first ones to say that elderly people should

do things like reading to keep their minds active so that they will not suffer

dementia in the future. Now many old people like reading newspaper everyday, I

think this is a good habit. Except for keeping positive minds, reading newspaper

can let them know what's happening around the world and enrich their lives.
