IELTS Speaking Part 1: Talk about your favorite food

My favorite food is spaghetti, especially the one with Alfredo sauce. I think it is delicious and visually pleasing. Every time when Alfredo spaghetti is served, I feel like it is waving at me to come and take a bite.

The first time I tried Alfredo spaghetti was at an Italian restaurant. When the plate of spaghetti was placed in front of me, I was not only drawn by its taste but also by its golden, silky, and cheesy appearance. Since then, choosing Alfredo spaghetti has become my default order.

Whenever I listen to music or have a chat with my family, I can hardly resist the temptation of having Alfredo spaghetti. I also love making homemade Alfredo spaghetti during holidays. Whenever I taste it, I feel like traveling back in time to my childhood.

In my mind, Alfredo spaghetti is not only a delicious food but also an emotional link that connects my past and present. It evokes my good memories and brings me joy at the moment.
