Most young people in China do not often do exercise outdoor, sometime because they are busy,sometimes because of the terrible air condition in big cities. I also like to stay at home in my spare time and I am not interested in outdoor activities. So the way I keep fit is dancing at home. I’ve already downloaded some dancing videos from the Internet and I like to dance with the music in these videos until I sweat. Dancing helps me to relax my body and frees me from the daily pressure. I can always sleep well after dancing. Most girls love dancing, so do I. I was keen on it when I was still a little girl. When I was in elementary school, I often went to the dancing school after school. Practicing was hard but I did enjoy the days spent in dancing school. As a secretary, I spend most of my time sitting in front of the computer, so I sometimes feel painful in my neck and back. The stretches in dancing really help me a lot in easing my pain(减轻痛苦). I am also under a lot of pressure in weekdays and I always worry about whether there are some tasks I have forgotten. When I am dancing with the music, I almost forget everything and just enjoy the music. In this way, dancing releases my stress. Thanks to dancing, I can keep fit and have a healthy life. I will keep on dancing until I am too old to do it.
