Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by
staffs of your shop.
Last month, I bought a computer in your shop and it cost me £ 700. The laptop
functioned well in the first month and assisted me a lot in the presentation of
working reports. However, last Friday when I was surfing the Internet through
the computer, the light of keyboard could not be turned on. What’s worse, its

trackpad did not work sensitively in the case where I intended to double click
the documents and use some gestures. As a consequence, I had to carry a mouse
with it, which is indeed inconvenient.
Two weeks ago, I brought the computer to your shop and described these
problems to the technician of maintenance department. He told me it will be
repaired in two weeks. Unfortunately, until now I had not received any phone
call or email from your shop , informing me the situation of my computer.
I hope you could take my complaint into serious consideration and check
whether your staff has maintained my laptop. Please give me a prompt reply.
