1.Do you play any sports at night?
Yes, I often swim at night. It is said that swimming is one of the most
effective all-round exercise, and it can keep me in good shape. I think it’s a
stress-relieving type of activity. So after intense work, I usually go swimming
to relax myself.
2.What are the benefits of playing sports?
Playing sports has a lot of benefits. Basically, it can make our bodies
strong, keep us in good health. Even a little bit of movement contributes a lot
to people’s health. Besides, research shows that exercise boosts mood. For
example, my grandma take 30 minutes to do exercise every day, she said that she
had a better mood and be happier.
3.What’s the difference between playing sports on your own and playing sports
in a group?
Both of the two ways have its features. Playing sports on my own allows me
more freedom. I can do exercise according to my own schedule. Also, I can choose
what sport to take based on my own needs. In contrast, playing sports in a group
can foster team spirit and develop people’s cooperative ability.
4.Do children need to exercise?
Of course. Doing exercise is important for children. Children are undergoing
fast physical development, lack of physical exercise may produce negative
influence on their life. Through exercise, children can grow stronger and be
more confident. In addition, sports also help strengthen immunity. So every
child need about 60 minutes of physical exercise every day.
5.Why do people need to play sports?
People need to play sports because it is a good way of relaxing. When we are
tired of work or study, doing sports may be the best way to relax our mind and
body. As we can see, more and more people choose to play football, go swimming
or do other kinds of exercise in leisure time. Besides, it also help us make
lots of new friends and broaden our social circle. We can make some like-minded

friends to do sports together.
