【雅思口语Part2】Describe an occasion that you borrowed something3

I’d like to talk about a time that I borrowed thing from others. It was in October 2014, I went to watch the shanghai tennis mater 1000 tournament with a good friend. When I have already reached out I found that I haven’t fully charged my cell phone last night and I didn’t take the portable charger. When I got there my phone is only with 60 percent battery left and we will spend almost a whole daytime there so I started to be anxious because firstly, I have to take many photos with my cell phone which was one of the main purposes that I go there. Secondly, I have to keep in touch with my friend for that we might split up somehow. We watched a match in the midday and after that my phone was almost out of battery. Then it came to the most exciting part and highlight of today. We went for the training site of the world no.1 player Novak Djokovic but sadly I found my phone was on the verge of stripping out(俚语,耗尽) . You know, to take some closer picture and video of him was the biggest wish before I came to there. So if my phone run out of battery in that particular moment I will be definitely disappointed. Thanks god, I borrowed a mobile charger from the other spectator. The timely battery support helped me through the rest of the training and games. I successfully took some close photo of my tennis icon and even a valuable one with me and him together. Thanks to that amicable and helpful guy I got the sufficient battery to survive for the rest of the time in the tennis match site. Without him, I won’t have such a complete and memorable experience as a big tennis fan.
