1.Is it important to say sorry?
Well, definitely yes. Saying sorry to others is an embodiment of your
nurture. By saying sorry, you can ease the embarrassment and lighten the
atmosphere. Usually when make mistakes unwillingly or when you break your
promise or when you cannot participate in an important event, you can say
sorry.
2.What situations do people say sorry?
There are many situations, but the one that comes up quite often is when you
accidentally hurt someone’s feelings. Then we really need to say we are sorry
for our thoughtlessness. We know that everyone makes mistakes that may lead to a
misunderstanding. So when people realize that they have made a mistake ,they
should say sorry for what they have done.
3.Why do some people hate to say sorry?
Well, there are several reasons for this. Firstly, some people are just too
shy to say sorry to other people even though they feel guilty in mind. Secondly,
some people always think they are right and they don’t want to face and admit
the facts.
4.In what situations should we apologize immediately?
Well, in my opinion, we should apologize immediately in the following
situations. When we make mistakes unwillingly or when we break our promise, when

we are late for an activity or cannot participate in an important event, we
should say sorry immediately.
5.When will people say thank you?
Well, there are many occasions. People like to say "Thank you" when others
help them or say something kind to them. When someone walking ahead of you keeps
the door open for you, when someone says you have done your work well, or you
have bought a nice thing, or your city is very beautiful, you should say "Thank
you".
6.When has the last time you found it hard to accept an apology?
Well, it happened a few years ago. One of my colleagues cooperated with me to
complete a task. Since I was familiar with the issue, I not only gave her some
suggestions but also reminded her about the matters needing attention. However,
she just insisted on her own opinion and finally brought much loss to the
project and the company. After that, she realized that she was wrong and
apologized to me. But I felt hat it was hard to accept that apology because her

mistake was very stupid and obvious and she just did whatever she would like to
do.
