"Describe a hobby" seems

like an easy topic. However, students often have difficulty speaking for 2

minutes when the topic is easy.

描述一个兴趣爱好看上去是个简单的话题。然而，当话题过于简单时，考生回答满2分钟常常有困难。

Here are 3 pieces of advice to

help you to speak for 2 minutes. I'll use photography as the hobby in my

example answers.

以下是帮助你回答2分钟的3条建议。我通常用摄影当爱好来举例。

1. Think about question words:

What, when, where, why, who with.

考虑问题词：什么，什么时候，哪里，为什么，和谁。

What: One of my hobbies is

photography.

什么：我的爱好之一是摄影。

When and where: I take photos on

my phone almost every day, and I have a proper camera that I use on special

occasions. If I see something interesting or I want to record a particular

memory, I take photos wherever I am.

什么时候/哪里：我几乎天天用我的手机拍照，我有一只合适的相机，我通常特殊场合使用。

Why: I take photos so that I have

a record of the things I’ve seen or done.

为什么：我拍照是对我见过的东西做过的事情的一个记录。

Who with: Most of my photos are of

friends and family, but I also take pictures of interesting things that I see.

和谁：大部分我的照片都是朋友和家人，但我也会拍我见到的有趣的东西。

2. Describe opinions and feelings:

描述观点和感受：

I like photography because it’s a

creative hobby and it makes you notice the world around you. I love capturing

special moments or unusual or beautiful images, and it’s a great feeling to be

able to look back through my pictures and relive different experiences. These

memories usually cheer me up.

我喜欢拍照因为这是一个有创造力的爱好，它让你注意周围的世界。我喜欢捕获特殊的瞬间，不寻常的漂亮的景象。能翻看我的照片，重温不同的经历感觉很棒。这些记忆通常能让我振作起来。

3. Tell a story related to the

topic:

The last time I took photos on a

special occasion was at my friend’s wedding a few weeks ago. I got some great

pictures of the bride and groom and their guests celebrating. After the wedding

I made an album of all the best pictures and sent it to my friend as a present.

我最近一次在一个特别的场合拍照，是几个星期前在我朋友的婚礼上。我拍到一些新郎新娘和他们贵宾庆祝的不错的照片。婚礼之后我把所有最好的照片做成了影集作为礼物送给了我朋友。
