1.Difference between big companies and small companies?

Well, although small businesses and large businesses might operate in the

same market, they may have significant differences.For example, they have

different business sizes, a big company generally has more employees and gains

more returns within a defined period. Also, they have different business

structures. Many small companies start as sole proprietorships or partnerships,

which give a sole owner or a group of owners complete control over a company.

While large companies are often organized as corporations that pay taxes

separately from the owners.

2.Are there many big companies in your country?

Sure. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, more and more people

choose to start their own business in recent years. The economic globalization

wave creates condition for these small companies to expans their business. So we

can see that many big companies have emerges and affect all aspect of people's

lives. For example, Jack Ma founded Alibaba, the Internet company that made him

a billionaire, and Alibaba has also changed people's shopping patterns, which

makes online shopping become the most popular way of shopping in China.

3.What are the good things about working for a big company?

Well, off the top of my head, you have tremendous room for growth. You may

start out as an intern and work your way up to a high-level management position.

As long as you're competent and highly-skilled in your own field of expertise,

you will have many promotion possibilities. Plus, I think it feels good when you

tell your friends where you work and they envy you for working at such a

sizeable corporation.

4.How can a small company grow big?

Well, every big company is developed from a small one. I think there are many

ways to make the enterprises larger and stronger. Group work is the key to

success, I think. As we all know that union is strength, if everyone is

conscientious and responsible, the company will soon develop rapidly. Another

important point is to provide good customer service, because customers are the

foundation of enterprises' survival and development. So small companies should

identify the customers' potential needs and then figure out where they can

provide the best solution.

5.Should big companies donate more to charities?

From my point of view, they should do so. Here are the two reasons. Firstly,

big companies usually gain more economic benefits than small companies. So

donating money to charity has little impact on their development. Secondly, big

companies have social influence, so in this way they can call on more people to

get involved in charity.

6.Should big companies be punished more seriously if they break the law?

Of course not. The law is just, and all people and companies must be equal in

the eyes of the law. To make criminal acts more serious for big companies based

on their perceived fame and market scale is just silly. However, it would be

nice to have them actually treated equally to ordinary companies in the eyes of

the law.
