Sample answer:

Well, in general, I would say that one of the practical stuff I once borrowed

from others that impressed me was a scooter. It was an electronic one and

allowed to ride on campus. Unlike other normal scooters, this one was especially

painted golden which made it look showy and eye-catching. My friend bought it at

the beginning of the freshman year in order to save time on her commute. I

didn’t pay for a scooter myself because I supposed that walking was a fantastic

way to work out. However, having no scooters brought me troubles in some

situations as well. Once, my mom sent a box of books to me. It was out of the

question that carry it back to the dorm manually in such a blistering weather.

It would have definitely taken me lots of time and strength if I had not

borrowed a scooter from my friends. Consequently, I spent no more than 10

minutes to drive it back. Considering the modest speed and reasonable price, it

is suitable for university students to ride scooters in the school. The young

should raise their awareness of security, though. Besides, it is environmental

friendly. From my perspective, scooter is a cost-effective choice for younger

generation.
