The charts below show the percentage of water used for different purposes
in six areas of the world.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and
make comparisons where relevant.
本句还有这样的写法：
Except in North America and Europe, where water used for industrial purpose
is clearly dominant, in other four regions, over 70% of total water usage goes
to agriculture.
观察图表时，每一类数据间的相似特征首先要观察到，并据此分组。当两组内包含的数据量差距较大，可利用except“除了”来描述量少的一组，主句部分写量多的一组。
当然，不是写了except短语就可以结束第 一组，要在其后简洁地利用从句、同位语、分词短语等形式续出其具体特征，上文用的就是where引导的非限定性定语从句。
