【Part2】Describe a person you don’t like but have to be friendly to3

Who the person is.

Why you don’t like the person

Why you have to be friendly to this person.

I once worked part time as a waiter in a small restaurant. I met a lot of customers there and some of them were really demanding(苛刻的) and rude. Since they were customers, they have the right to be demanding, which brought me so much trouble when serving this type of customers. I was afraid of the peak time because their little requests like fetching an extra spoon or adding extra ice to their beverages(饮料)would add extreme stress to my nerve. I alwayshoped that each table could have one waiter but that was impossible. It’sreally hard to balance the time of each table. So every time I finished my job after the rush hour, I was maxed out. As a waiter, you need to attend every customer’s need even though some of them are rude to you. A waiter’s main goal is to make them satisfied and try to meet their every need. Waiter’s attitudeis important since most customers decide whether they will come again to this restaurant according to the services they have received. A customer may not thank you for how good services you offer, but they will refuse to come to the restaurant again if the waiter treat them coldly. And the worse thing is, some of them will tell their relatives or friends their experience in that restaurant and advise them not to give a try even for the first time. So even if it’s difficult to satisfy some customers, it’s necessary to be friendly to them.
